Media Trader

Ubimo’s platform enables businesses to embed strategic insights into decision-making, improving performance across Shopper Marketing, Programmatic, Publishers, Retail, and Out-of-Home.

We are currently looking to add a Media Trader to our growing operations team. As a Media Trader, you will work closely with Client Success Managers and the Sales team to oversee the day-to-day relationships with our media clients and be responsible for streamlining operations, trafficking, and management of both Mobile and Out-of-Home campaigns. This includes pre-launch setup, campaign execution, and providing world class customer service.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the entire process of trafficking programmatic Mobile and OOH campaigns within Ubimo’s Polaris Realtime DSP, including campaign set up, creative approvals, pacing and margin management, reporting and analytics
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Work with OOH supply partners to ensure accurate campaign implementation
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to maintain and support advertiser client relationships and their campaigns
  • Provide custom/ad-hoc reporting to internal and external parties
  • Monitor campaign pacing and make performance and delivery optimizations
  • Proactively identify improvements for automating and streamlining internal process

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2-3 years of experience in the AdTech industry
  • Fundamental knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and bidding mechanism
  • Problem solver, ability to think through campaign delivery and performance issues
  • Ability to efficiently optimize towards meeting/exceeding client campaign KPI’s
  • General knowledge of various ad industry terminology (CPM, CTR, ROAS, Viewability, DSP, DMP, SSP, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills with great attention to detail
  • Passionate about technology and innovation and how it applies to the digital advertising industry
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
