Operation Support Engineer

Full-time position, Tel Aviv, Israel

Work closely with R&D, Product, and Customer Support on the creation and implementation of custom solutions.

Our Operation Support Team is looking for a sharp and enthusiastic technical team member. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clients’ technical issues:

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, while communicating with clients as necessary
  • Coordinating with our Engineering Dept. to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues
  • Monitoring campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with Client Success managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
  • Optimizing campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and the HTTP protocol
  • Vast experience with SQL
  • Experience with Python
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Superb troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Tech support
  • Experience in Ad Tech companies
  • High to native English level fluency
