Operation Support Engineer

Full-time position, Tel Aviv, Israel

Our Operations Support Team is looking for a sharp and enthusiastic technical team member. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clients’ technical issues and will work closely with R&D, Product, and Client Success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues involves both inbound and outbound communication
  • Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures
  • Work closely with the engineering team. to help identify, report and resolve technical issues
  • Monitor system quality performance, communicate with Client Success managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
  • Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and the HTTP protocol
  • Vast experience with SQL / BigQuery
  • Hands-on experience with Python
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Superb troubleshooting skills and strong attention to details
  • Strong multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSc. in Computer Science
  • Experience in Tech support
  • Experience working with Ad Tech companies
  • Native English level fluency
