Support Engineer Tier 2

Full-time position, Tel Aviv, Israel

Ubimo is looking for an experienced Tier 2 Customer Support Engineer to handle functional support for our customers as they use our platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, who is keen to solve real problems for real people, and has good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivation, attention to details and organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Handling multiple support requests via our ticketing system.
  • Working and prioritizing according to SLA definitions.
  • Becoming an expert in the Ubimo platform facing both customers and internal teams.
  • Documenting and sharing your knowledge by creating internal documents as well as self-help guides for customers.
  • Liaising with other departments and product teams regarding our users’ needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Native English speaker, American dialect preferred
  • Working knowledge with SQL / BigQuery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability for a working schedule of: Monday to Friday, 1pm-10pm
  • 1-3 years experience with Customer Support in the Tech industry
  • Ability to self manage and take initiative
  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic experience with web technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS – Big advantage
