Support Engineer Tier 2

Full-time position, Tel Aviv, Israel

Ubimo is looking for an experienced Tier 2 customer Support Engineer to handle functional support for our customers as they use the Ubimo platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, who is keen to solve real problems for real people, and has good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivation, attention to details and organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with all product functional related queries.
  • Handle multiple support requests via our ticketing system.
  • Working and prioritizing according to SLA definitions.
  • Become an expert in Ubimo platform facing both customers and internal teams.
  • Document and share your knowledge by creating internal documents as well as self-help guides for customers.
  • Liaise with other departments and product teams regarding our users’ needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native English speaker, American dialect.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for a working schedule of: Monday to Friday, 1pm-10pm.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Customer Support Tier 2.
  • Ability to self manage and take initiative.
  • Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS – Big advantage.
