Support Engineer Tier 2
Full-time position, Tel Aviv, Israel
Ubimo is looking for an experienced Tier 2 customer Support Engineer to handle functional support for our customers as they use the Ubimo platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, who is keen to solve real problems for real people, and has good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivation, attention to details and organizational skills are a must.
- Assisting with all product functional related queries.
- Handle multiple support requests via our ticketing system.
- Working and prioritizing according to SLA definitions.
- Become an expert in Ubimo platform facing both customers and internal teams.
- Document and share your knowledge by creating internal documents as well as self-help guides for customers.
- Liaise with other departments and product teams regarding our users’ needs.
- Native English speaker, American dialect.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for a working schedule of: Monday to Friday, 1pm-10pm.
- 1-3 years of experience with Customer Support Tier 2.
- Ability to self manage and take initiative.
- Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
